Have You Ever Considered Mixing Heat With Weighted Workouts?

Have you ever thought about mixing heat with strength training? I did not think to do this until I learned about Hotworx. Before, I would always go sit in the sauna after a weight session at the gym, but never understood the benefits of doing so.
